How to prepare for the photoshoot
What to expect
Simple Steps for Stress-Free, Beautiful Results
1. Pick Your Outfits
• Add textures (chunky knit or pompom cardigan, fur vest), wear muted tones, and no loud logos.
• Coordinate, don’t match: Stick to the same color family (e.g., earth tones, pastels, or neutrals).
• Layers add depth and interest: Think cardigans, scarves, denim jackets, or sweaters.
• Avoid: Neon colors, busy patterns, large logos.
2. Timing & Location
• We’ll meet about 1 hour before sunset for that beautiful golden-hour light.
• Session location: A beautiful Cupertino or Saratoga public park — I’ll send the exact spot, directions, and parking details 48 hours before.
• Arrive 5–10 minutes early — this gives everyone (especially kids) a moment to settle and feel comfortable.
3. Delivery Timeline: When Will Your Photos Be Ready?
After your session, I carefully edit each image — selecting the best moments, fine-tuning colors, lighting, and details to capture your family’s personality.
Your full, beautiful gallery will be ready in about one week (typically 4–10 days from the shoot date). I’ll send you a private online link where you can:
• View all your images
• Download high-resolution files
• Easily share with family and friends
I can’t wait to deliver photos you’ll treasure for years to come! If you have any questions, just let me know.
